This property is located immediately adjacent to a residential district, so specific consideration was given to site lighting. All lighting fixtures were placed such that no direct light would be cast on the adjoining residential properties by setting the fixtures at a height that is below the light-of-sight from the residences.
One other major component of this project involved re-delineation of a Zone "A" floodplain area. Completion of this project was contingent upon the issuance of a Conditional Leter of Map Revision from FEMA which stated that the proposed project would NOT adversely impact any downstream water surface elevation along the subject waterway.
Construction of this project was completed in the Spring of 2002 and is currently occupied by Reckett Benkhiser.
