Additionally, the proposed grading needed to take into consideration the power line catanary poles and the actual power lines. Also, the Township ordinance required full circulation around the building for fire truck access. Thus, the courtyard and pool area had to be designed to allow access into, out of and behind without guests knowing what it was. JMB used fencing, hardscape materials and landscaping materials to make it work.
