An existing detention basin and sand filter had to be relocated and enlarged for future adjacent development, which included a 20 foot embankment causing the state to view it as a small dam. A large subsurface basin below the main parking lot with 8 foot diameter pipes had to be designed to meet the state's stormwater management requirements. Two sand filters were designed for stormwater quality.
